Protip will protect the confidentiality of Client information.

The Client confirms that Protip possesses the necessary competence to provide services.

The Client will protect their Access Credentials and take necessary security measures.

The Client authorizes Protip to execute authenticated requests, including purchases and redemptions.

The Client acknowledges that investment returns are not guaranteed.

The Client agrees to review all relevant scheme-related documents before investing.

Work Product: Any reports, summaries, or recommendations generated by Protip's tools.

Basis of Work Product: Created based on Client-provided data and third-party data.

No Obligation: Clients are not obligated to rely on Work Product.

Data Modification: Clients can update data to automatically reflect in the Work Product.
